JBY Partnerships was founded informally about 1992 while I was in college studying Architecture and started various business endeavors. Like many other endeavors, JBY Partnerships as a registered company is now a professional multi-disciplinary consulting and development company built over the last 30 years from a hobby to an innovative company serving the built environment. With our over 25 plus years of professional experience, JBY Partnerships has ONE main goal in mind, which is reflected in our motto: Integrity, Excellence, Innovation and Quality.​​​​

Ajibola N. Robinson PMP, Assoc. AIA, NCARB, CMAA
Designer/Project Management Professional
Ajibola (Aji) Robinson has over 25 years of high-level experience in the design and construction sector, including 15 years of design and construction management experience consulting, coordinating, and managing design and construction teams. I am fortunate to have managed numerous projects as they say, "from soup to nuts". I have a bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Architecture.
​My design and construction management experience are across several sectors in the industry: Residential, Education, Civic and Institutional, Government, and Medical facilities.
I have extensive and comprehensive experience wearing various hats within the construction industry. Architectural design, management of Architectural firms, hiring design and construction companies; Architectural design coordination, Construction Management; Owner’s Representative and even extensive experience in community relations.
​I am a consultant to individual homeowners for renovation projects, new projects, and even small DIY modifications to the home. I also consult with small and medium-sized construction companies.
​My experience on projects encompasses projects of value as low as $15,000 to projects of over $100 million. My project experience includes the design and management of domestic and international design and construction projects.​
